John Sprakel

John Sprakel began his real estate career in 1999 at the age of 19 with Ray White Dandenong, quickly progressing from sales into Sales Manager and then General Manager, overseeing five offices.

In 2006, John opened Century 21 Berwick, successfully owning and operating the business for many years. In 2021, the agency was rebranded to Berwick Estate Agents, continuing its strong local presence and performance.

After taking a two-year break from day-to-day real estate, John returns with a clear focus, launching Sprakel & Co Real Estate — a boutique agency built on experience, straight-talking advice, and hands-on service. With over two decades of leadership and business ownership behind him, John brings clarity, confidence, and proven strategy to every client relationship.
